1. Purpose
IRL Intros is committed to maintaining a safe community. This Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Policy outlines the measures we take to protect minors and prevent any form of abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate conduct on our platform.
2. Age Requirement
IRL Intros is strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older. Anyone who attempts to create an account while under the age of 18 will be removed from the platform.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
We strictly prohibit content, messages, or behavior that involves or promotes:
- Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
- Sharing, soliciting, or possessing CSAE material
- Attempting to contact or groom minors
- Any activity that violates applicable child protection laws
4. Monitoring and Reporting
We actively monitor the Service for suspicious behavior and content. Any reports of CSAE will be reviewed immediately. Confirmed cases will result in account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
5. Cooperation with Authorities
IRL Intros cooperates fully with law enforcement, child protection agencies, and organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). All confirmed CSAE-related activity will be reported in compliance with legal obligations.
6. Member Responsibility
Members are encouraged to report any suspicious behavior or inappropriate content immediately through our reporting channels. Protecting the community is a shared responsibility.
7. Enforcement
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Service. Depending on the severity, we will escalate the matter to law enforcement agencies.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this CSAE Prevention Policy as needed to strengthen our safety measures. Updates will be communicated through the Service.
